Referred as ‘OrbitUX.com’, ‘our’, ‘we’ and ‘us’; is an internet service provider. All customers under our service are subject to the terms and conditions described in this document. Under the terms of this agreement, signing up and/or using our service(s) in any form therefore declares that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions stated below. We reserve the right to edit these terms at any time. It is the client’s sole responsibility to check this document for updates on a regular basis.
OrbitUX (“OrbitUX.com”) understands the need to protect the personal information of our visitors and users. OrbitUX.com provides a unique, multi-layer content-management system implementation and other online services (“Services”) for businesses to create and publish their own content online. As such, it is necessary for us to collect some personally identifiable information from our users. The following policies outline the steps we take to protect that privacy.
Acceptance of these terms
You must be 18 years or older to hire our services.
You must provide your full name and a valid email address in order to complete the signup process.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. OrbitUX cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
You may not use the OrbitUX service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You are responsible for all activity and content (data, graphics, photos, links) that is uploaded under your OrbitUX account.
You must not transmit any malware or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Account Terms as determined in the sole discretion of OrbitUX will result in an immediate termination of your services.
Collecting personally identifiable information
Throughout our registration process, we collect your email address, user name, and billing information. Our billing process is secured using a high-grade 256-bit encrypted SSL certificate provided either by Let’sEncrypt or Amazon, Inc. Additional information is collected through the use of our Services, such as filling out your profile, uploading media or creating blog posts. We use this information to provide our service and create personalized features.
Any user-generated content is posted at your own risk. While we make every effort to ensure that our service is secure, information posted is public. OrbitUX.com is not responsible for any improper use of this information. Improper or illegal use of the material provided by OrbitUX.com represents a violation of the Terms of Service.
Additionally, OrbitUX.com uses forms to sign up new customers. We collect personal information such as name, address, and credit card numbers. A third party company accepts
and process credit cards for these purchases.
On occasion, we may offer special contests or promotions that require your offering personal information and website statistics in order to participate. Participation is entirely voluntary.
We log IP addresses on OrbitUX.com in order to diagnose problems on our site.In addition, all OrbitUX websites log IP address of their visitors in order to provide demographic information and visitor analytics.
How we use the information we collect
First and foremost, your personally identifiable information is used to provide you with a unique and customized experience on our site. This information enables us to track how our service is used and to tailor it to better serve your needs.
If you subscribe to any of our opt in email communications such as newsletters, new feature announcements, or member discounts, you will always have the option to unsubscribe by clicking a link from within the email. These communications may contain analytics code so that we can track which links were clicked on to provide a better, more customized experience in the future.
Additionally, we may email you from time to time about your account, billing, or other administrative concerns even if you opt out of all email communication.

The use of certain services on OrbitUX.com and your member website necessitates the posting of publicly available information. The sharing of this information is done at your own risk.
While our site is not directed to children under the age of 13, we are committed to protecting the privacy rights of children and parents. The use of our service is geared towards professionals requiring the use of a credit card, and we assume this is done by adults or minors supervised by an adult.
We may ask for age verification on any part of our site, and if a user indicates that they are under 13 years of age, all information pertaining to them will be automatically deleted. Furthermore, if a parent believes that their child has provided us with personally identifiable information, they may contact us at info@OrbitUX.com. Upon learning that a user is under 13 years of age, we will promptly delete all personally identifiable information pertaining to the child.
We enforce various means to secure information transmitted to us. For transferring credit card information, we use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. We take reasonable measures to secure your information, but we can neither ensure nor warrant the security of this information and accept no liability for unintentional disclosure.

Streaming, Content Hosting & Licensing
OrbitUX does not actively monitor stream contents and all content broadcast is the sole responsibility of the client.
We do not provide any form of legal cover to individuals or companies who utilize our services to distribute content with any copyright protection. Under no circumstances will OrbitUX be responsible for the behaviour of our clients or their users when found to be broadcasting protected content. All licensing, copyright and royalty issues are the sole responsibility of the individual clients and/or their production entities.
We will use reasonable efforts to provide the services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for as long as you have paid for them. Sometimes, however, for a number of reasons, the services may be unavailable to you. You recognize and acknowledge that occasional unavailability of the services will occur. We make no representation or warranty that the services will be uninterrupted.
Payment, Cancellation and Money Back Guarantee
Our services are billed on a subscription basis unless otherwise specified. Payment will be collected on a specific billing date each month. Failure to pay for services delivered may result in suspension of service and/or late payment fee’s.
Refunds are available for only 24 hours after any payment is made by a new customer, providing the service(s) provided have not been used. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of all payments made. Any refunds given will be minus any setup, admin or processing fees.
You are not liable for any form of refund if you have breached the terms of service in any way, which includes exceeding the agreed website space, bandwidth or bitrate limit and broadcasting unsuitable content.
Clients wishing to cancel our service should contact us. Cancelling a PayPal or Credit Card subscription directly may result in an instant termination of service.
Selling your products or artwork
For sales tax purposes, each user is the sole owner of their product or artwork. The user is fully responsible for filing any applicable sales tax resulting in the sale of artwork and agrees to indemnify OrbitUX against any tax, costs, or expenses related to the failure of the User to satisfy sales tax laws.
